Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that things come up and we will try our best to work with you, but we ask that all cancellations or changes made to an appointment be done at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window will incur a $50 minimum charge before you’re able to reschedule. Changes can be made 24/7 at www.tantrumhairsalon.com



Traffic! Kids! Work! It happens to the best of us. In order to give you the full attention you deserve, along with respecting the time of the guest following you, we can only guarantee your appointment if you are there when it is scheduled to begin. We will do our best to accommodate you with some adjustments to your scheduled services. If the appointment can’t be completed in some form, it will be considered a No-Show and be charged as such.


Service Satisfaction

We want you to be madly in love with everything about your hair. In the rare event you need a little adjustment to get everything just right, please let our concierges know within 7 days of your service. Your original stylist is the preferred choice to address it and make everything right, however, we will take each individual situation into consideration. Our objective is your 100% happiness every time you look at yourself in the mirror. 


Product Purchases

We believe in providing the best products available to help make looking your best a breeze. We want to take the risk out of trying something new, so we guarantee you’re going to love what you take home. If there is ever a challenge, let us know within 2 weeks of purchase and we will gladly exchange it and help you find a better fit.
